Follow the steps below to print a selection of an Excel worksheet.
- Make sure that your printer is plugged in and turned on.
- Open the Excel file that you wish to print from.
- Select the cells that you wish to print.
- And then go File > Print...
- Now, press the "selection" radio button.
- Once you have pressed the selection radio button, press "OK"
- Excel will now print the selected cells from your file.

- Now, let's say that you want to print just the cells that have the words
"print" in them.

- Select the cells...

- And then go File > Print...

- Now, press the "selection" radio button.

- Excel will now print the selected cells from your file.
