Follow the steps below to print a selection of an Excel worksheet.

  1. Make sure that your printer is plugged in and turned on.
  2. Open the Excel file that you wish to print from.
  3. Select the cells that you wish to print.
  4. And then go File > Print...
  5. Now, press the "selection" radio button.
  6. Once you have pressed the selection radio button, press "OK"
  7. Excel will now print the selected cells from your file.

  4. Now, let's say that you want to print just the cells that have the words "print" in them.
  5. Select the cells...
  6. And then go File > Print...
  7. Now, press the "selection" radio button.
  8. Once you have pressed the selection radio button, press "OK".
  9. Excel will now print the selected cells from your file.
